Hmm..

Firstly wanna start this post by saying..

YES I'M A PESSIMIST!

K fine so whatever(so evan yo-ish! :P)

Really,how to be optimistic?Its kinda so impossible in this "dog-eat-dog" society.

Hmm..

I Don't Think that people who are optimists Are so much better than people who are pessimist.

In Fact,i think they are both equally bad.

Optimists are people who think too highly of their lives,living it as though there is no tomorrow.

Pessimists are people who think that tomorrow is the end of the world,and think a lot about things,usually the negative aspect.

But i think its more like how can one strike a balance between both?It's difficult.

The day began off not so well.

We had to sing the National Anthem twice..Because we are "not singing".

Hmm..and it kinda brought back bad memories about the "military Montfort" early last year.

I think its ridiculous to a certain extent.

Duno what to say.

hmph.I was kinda pissed,i even suggested we recite the national anthem instead..lol.

besides,there is no music.how to sing?Follow the dude's singing?Are you kidding me?

Hmm..

I suggest strongly to bring back the music..And see how it goes..

I think we are like the only school that sings the national anthem everyday without the music.

I think this is what WE call unique.

But yar..i dun like this unique-ness.Makes no sense.Keep singing the national anthem over and over again and then getting freaking burned in the sun ain't what we call "starting the day off well"

I duno lar..But i'm the type that must start the day off well,or i'll be damn pissed and irritated the whole day.

hmm..

k fine so whatever.

The softball team made it to the NAtional Finals!wow..hope they win..for the glory of montfort!

hahaz.

Then chinese was spent singing Jam hsiao's 收场 and some random songs with Adam.Also,spent the time finding my Serangoon physics paper 2 which i really
lost..mugged a few pages of geog.and soon was chem prac.

Oh yar.forgot to mention.Today school had no water!!

WHY?cause the water pipe burst...
LOL

saw the room..walao..like indoor swimming pool lor!!hahaz.

did not think of snapping a pict.hahaz.so no pict!

lol..so its very inconvinient..No water!!

walao..go toilet no water.lucky today i did not get a tummy upset!!if not arhz...die liao.

hmm..AND chem prac proved to be a hassle.

we had to get water from a bucket to wash our testubes..and i was like xtra careful not to spill chemicals on myself,cause no water wash!

haha.

Then was maths,got back my test!!

and WTH!

failed..

15/40!!

and i lost 5 marks for not putting the vector notation (~)!

Answers all correct,only no ~..

5 marks!!

I shud have passed!!

haiz..let this be a lesson to me..

so tiok punished..I had to stand since i cant do pumping due to my knee injury.

But then i felt like super guilty for the rest of the period,cause my brother said something insulting to Jiong le..and he used me as a reason..

i was stunned.

Also realized that ka chun was so quiet today..I think i know why..

feel so sad for them..

I seriously have nothing against them.

But melvin told me that the class hate them..

so followed him..then wait so long,i fed up,chiong to english,hoping mrs lee won't scold.

Then after english,iggy suggested that riyaas and i follow him up to Mr pang room study geog together.

lol,and it turned out pretty cool..

we had funny ways of studying..

lol,like hinting to each other..

like,erm one of the impacts of earthquakes is spread of diseases..

so when i forget,iggy would cough..and lol,i would remember..

then some of the names of the countries we cant remember,we sing it out until we rememeber..

haha.

But yar the names of the place so irritating so diificult remember,let alone prononunce!

like what accapulco,killari...

lol,so i blurted out candidly when mr pang in class with us..

Me:walao eh,why so difficult,why cannot be like erm ang mo kio or jurong?

hmm

geog test sucked..and i'm so goin to fail..wasn't really what we mugged

and so kinda dissapointed.

this could be the first test i'm going to fail this year!

and i'm a bit dissapointed..

but i would work hard for geog!!

Cause i like geog!

Jeremy and perth

Montfort Chorale!

Hey sup peeps!

Din blog yesterday cause i was in school all they way till 9.15pm.

Yesterday was pretty much normal.Lessons and blah.

History was super funny.Cause Gary and Mels were plotting to take revenge on me after i "embarassed" mels in front of the history class a few weeks back.

So they were openly discussing which part to ask me to "volunteer"..

And so was hmm.prepared?

But something happened during history!

THE PROJECTOR CANNOT WORK!

so yeah!!!

They can't use their powerpoint,and as a result,cant take their so-called "revenge" on me!!

see even fate is on my side.

:P

SS was normal.Mr Singh told us about one website..and i have yet to download the notes.

AND WAIT..Its not u know...

Its just some useful SS notes.

After recess was assembly.

I tried to pay attention..But yar,it was erm..a little boring..and the music make me wanna sleep..

then was physics..

was talking to gary..then suddenly brought up some stuff that erm..made me feel a little ..just a little sad.

But yar.

Anywayz,Gary asked me whether i quit easily.

And i said,yes,but only to things i dislike.
And thats the truth,,if i say that i'm not a quitter..

I'm faking u.

And i made a solemn promise to gary that i would not make fun of him and..XT..And that i would not sing the XT 歌anymore.

SO STOP ASKING ME TO SING IT..I would not.

I guess i was the cause of this "mocking"..

And i'm sorry to gary..

I really am.

I know u said that its too late to apologise(be it joking or real)..

My little story.

Hey All!

Well,The last few days have really been like a roller coaster ride.

Sometimes,i feel as though I'm an ass,like really.

How I wished I was another person and meet me,to see If I've been a Good Son,a Good Brother,A Good Frend or Just a good person.

I Think I would Have been such a ****...

How Am I Going to Make People Like me,when I myself detest Myself?

I've been reflecting a lot.

I Guess sometimes,I just have to stay quiet for a while,and listen...

I admit,Sometimes,i just speak my mind without thinking.In the process,I've pissed many.

Hmm..But I guess Its My personality,I'm super talkative...

For some reason...

I just Can't shut up.

So don't blame me..

I guess when I can click well with you,I would be damn talkative with you.

But,
There are some people where i can't strike a conversation with..And i regret that..Its not because I don't want to talk to them,Its just that I can't.

Well,But thats just the Minority.

I was just thinking..

Its a matter of a few months time,when 4E2 would no longer be together.

I wonder how many of us would stay in contact?

I'm sure many people would delete me from their lives...I bet 10 years down the road,I bet they won't even remember who the hell is Daren.

I mean even if they do,they would most probably remember me as the guy who dislocated his knee playing badminton.Or that F***ing irritating guy.

CAUSE PEOPLE JUST REMEMBER THE BAD THINGS..NEVER WOULD THEY REMEMBER THE GOOD THINGS PEOPLE HAVE DONE..

Its always been my personal belief to remember what have been done to/for me.

This may include the Bad things.But I take every effort to remember the good things.

But whatever it is,I somehow feel rather sad to part with my class.

Its been a wonderful experience being in 4E2,it gave me a reason to feel happy about going to school..

I can still remember how i hated my sec 2 class.

Well,not all of my classmates,but quite a few luh.

I remember counting down to the day i leave 2E4.

And boy,I was like freaking happy!

Of course,there were a few frends taht i felt sad to part with,but i just can't be bothered..seriously as long as i get out of that pig sty.

So i was posted to 3E1,and was glad to see eugene and Derek who were my good frends make it to 3E1,especially derek cause i "motivated" him to study..Or sort of claimed by him..

I made a pact with him that if he made it to 3E1,I would not drop to 3E2..

But yar.I lied.

I mean i already said,I was not "confirmed" a slot in 3E1.I just merely agreedso that derek would study.

LOL..

Even If I really made it to 3E1,and i appealed to drop to 3E2,Also not confirmed right?

hahaz.

so yar,Making the decision to drop to 3E2 was difficult.

I struggled a little.

Cause 3E1 had my frends..

And I'm not sure about 3E2.

But yar,i made the decision and the RIGHT CHOICE to appeal,and wow,never regretted since.

And somehow,Gerrad says i Pangseh him.

Apparently,A few of those posted to 3E1 wanted to drop to 3E2..

And i think i sorta supposed to meet gerrad,cause weboth want drop.

Then I think i reached school earlier and gerrad was late.So i went in first.LOL..

And i somehow Was the only sucessful applicant and gerrad concluded that its because i was the first to appeal.

which is completely baseless.

Its more like who had the better case to appeal..

I remembered.I was like still very unsure after i appealed.

I was more of leaving it to fate..If I'm fated to drop,i will.

I asked my form teacher then;Mr howard Tan.and he advised me not to drop,instead appeal to drop A maths,then Take up Pure Literature..Menaing I take Triple Humans.

It was a option worth considering,but lit was difficult to score well.And I worked hard to score well and only managed an A2..Whcih was considered the best in class,where i drew with Eugene.

So yup,gave it up,since it was almost unheard of for a student in Montfort to take triple humans!

Yup,So when i recieved the Call from Mr Wu,I was relieved,I made it to 3E2!

And i think I msg-ed derek and eugene and theyw ere like "why u drop?"

hmm..

But never regret it.Love My class..

Its so united..Not like my sec 2 class..

I Hope they won;t forget me,cause i won't forget them.

hmm..Yar.I guess i;ve to better control my emotions and my temper.

But yup,I'm more well-tempered in comparison to my brother.

hmm..

Today was allright.

Went for lunch near sheng siong.

Ate Pig trotters!

woohoo!

Then went to sheng siong,and lol,bought so much stuff.

I suggested Durians,lol,and my father bought 5.hahaz

Then shopped around,then saw the fish and Prawn patty for the ramly burger,so suggested to my mother that we eat that for dinner..and lol,turned out excellent!!!

YUMMY!

But Now damn freaKINg full..

Hmm.Had a nice nap in the afternoon!!

wohoo!

I Just love sleeping lor.

Actually,today i had thoughts about deleting my blog again..Or at least not blog anymore..since nobody reads my blog,why shud i blog?

Besides,so many of my fellow bloggers all leaving their blogs dead.

First Match 6-3 E5 win..

Gary Loves Pink!
Hey all!

Today went rather ok.

SSS was just fine..was supposed to seat with adam,as that was my seat.

But Gary stole it..LOL,as a result i was forced to sit somewhere else,so i scanned the room,and found one beside kiat long,was about to walk there when adam said

"eh daren u want seat in front i seat with you"
so...
I said ok..

Then saw a seat beside riyaas the genius,so sat there instead.

Then adam moved in front to seat with shan,and left gary alone.

LOL,and for the first time in like the 1 and a half yrs i know Gary,he ask me to sit with him..LOL!

He say he don't want sit alone,

But yar although i wanted to,I din want to pangseh riyaas..so yar left gary alone..

And it turned out to be a wonderful session..

I discover i study damn well with riyaas..

Like really

I can cram my geog in within 30 mins if i study with him!!

And today i felt motivated sorta to do maths.I even managed to solve one question in a shorter and simpler way..And riyaas was awed..so proud of myself!!

But sometimes,i think i'm like making riyaas slow down..

Feel guilty.

as they always say,If u r dumb u study with a smart guy,u would get smarter,but then the smarter guy just get dumber..

Or also known as sucking of smartness..

Haiz.

If i go on studying with riyaas,i tell u o lvl i would ace it.

Well,so after sss,we went to punggol cc for the long anticipated match against 4E5.

Some stuff happened before that,and don't wish to go into details.

John brought Jersey for all..

hahaz.

But the bad thing was we lost...

6-3.

well it was still a rather good performance,considering the fact that the team just played together for the first time for the full 90 mins..Russell was impressive today.And i'm officially demoted to Team assitant manager..ALif took up the manager post...Somehow,i guess soccer brought the class more together..John included the not so often with us peeple..Which i think is good..haha

what to do 4E2 rocks what..we are the CREAM OF THE CROP!!

Ok match commentary..


Well,the E5s took the lead with a goal just 2 mins into the game,so 1-0 to E5,But john equalized soon after..so 1-1.

Then the E5s netted in 2 goals.and so the E5s went up 3-1.

But john managed to net in 1,so 3-2,and just before half time,ke ping deflected one in,making it 3-3 going into half time.

After half time,there were some change in our side,the E5s had half the team subb-ed.

so they got the advantage.

And it proved to be too much,as they netted in 2 goals within the first 10 mins of the 2nd half..so it went up 5-3 to E5

The team lost morale.

And just before the end of the game,poof..E5s scored..6-3..

After that,had something,and then went punggol cc to meet up..

There were some unhappiness.

But yar,then went for lunch at ajisen ramen.

And lol,got some problems about the Payment.LOL,i was short of $10?

lol,and i freaking hell did not have enough..Cause i super the broke.

And lol,junjie came up and payed first,then we settled it out later.

It turned out they just gave me exact amount for their meals,never count GST and service charge!!

LOL.

well,i told them already,ask for split bills,but then Poh shen insisted..and lol..

Problems lor..

Aiyah then there was this "eat the most Pao within 1 and a half mins" contest..and we were comtemplating whther to take part..But we backed out,cause we all damn full..lol

so chao home,then on the way,Met ashwin,and we walked back home together..

And so i told him about the soccer match..

Me:eh u know,we lost leh..aiyah but
Ashwin(interrupts):Wait,i got ask u tell me meh?

me:...erm anyway,why never come to sss?
Ashwin:got some conference...eh u see that guy?*points to sara sec 3,got girl aim him leh..
me:eh wait,i got ask u meh?

LOL!!

Hmm..somehow,i feel like This year has been real good..I've been closer to more frends.

Like erm

Shan,Adam,Ashwin,IGGY!..and many more..

hahaz,i lost some time last year..due to my injury,,

so i guess i treasure the time i have with my frends.

Riyaas and Jer have been my besties in e2.

Lol,that stupid mels also lar.

i would like to thank them! :P

and i treat gary as my good frend..But i asked him before..He doesn't think so..hmm...But i dun care,I love to irritate u for some reason!! :P

so yup,I dun really care.

I guess I'm More forgiving now..

I actually dun hate him..I just have nothing to say to him.

BATMAN-The Dark Knight

MY ISLAND HOME

Hey all.

Today school was quite ok i guess.

First up was Mass workout,and since i'm on long term MC,slacked luh..Chatted with KC during mass workout,and he was also suffering from a knee injury too.hahax get well soon!

Then was "Montfortian experience" and erm,Mrs Lee told us that MRs Leong praised our class!She say we very co-operative!! LOL!

And erm,Mdm Lee thanked us for the shirt.

Then English,got back my English Test,22/30!! woohoo!

Remain consistent :)

But she read Gary's Paper instead..He scored same as me,except he scored 15 for language while i scored 14..But i beat him in task 8,while he clocked in a 7.

Yar..quite happy for myself.I guess i must work even harder now,to improve or at least maintain the score.And after english,kiat long and i comparing whose hand writing nicer,he said his,i said mine,so we called for random voting,and i won by 7-3 votes..Mrs lee also voted in favour of mine..HAHA.

Then was Biology Practical..All went well cause IGGY was back in school!But I think i depending too much on him..Must be independent!

Then recess,followed by free period.

Then chao home bathed and changed cause catching a Movie with the guys..

My brother left for Dhoby before me..Yar so he reached first.I went alone luh..And there was something fuuny that happen in the train,and it made my day!

I Boarded the Train at Buangkok,Then this group of teens,2 girls,2 guys came in at erm..Hougang?


And well,The 2 girls were those Ah Lian type luh.So they sat there,then suddenly they started talking very loudly in the train,one even shouted across to one of the guys"eh u talk so loud for what?You Think ur "lan jiao" big arh"

And the guy was like *hide face..Blush

Oh yar before u get the wrong idea,the guy is their frend..

SO they started laughing loudly,shouting,making a nuisance of themselves,and people were all staring at them..And i think they liked the attention.

Then they blast Music lehx.

And I was like irritated,but i just heck care lor..

Then At Boon Keng i think,This group of Malay guys from ITE collge west came in,then they sat beside the girls..And of course they were irritated by the blasting of music and Loud talking..

Then what followed caught me by surprise,and actually made me smile.

One of the guys pretended to have a phone call,then he shout into the phone.."Hello??I cannot hear u lar so Noisy!!Yar wiat arh,aiyah so Noisy!"

Lol,and then he passed to his frend and he said something in that direction..LOL,and everyone lloking at them..And the 2 girls got PAWNED in the train,and by that time, there was quite a lot of people,and haha,was like grinning to myself!!

SO they alighted in embarassment at DHoby,and many people stared at them..LOL,and i was like laughing at them,HAHA!!

then walked up,saw only my brother there,and we were joined by Ivan and JR,and then Iggy and JJ and finally KO,then we went up to look for gary who claimed he was already there.lol and so found him and we went off to the Cathay..

Haiz..It was raining,and had to jaywalk,and since it was slippery,i decided to walk slowly,so as not to injured myself again.LOL,and Kings was nice enough to wait for me. :P Thanks dude!

SO reached there,and we split to 2 groups,one go basement see the ticket queue the rest of us queued outside,SO we caught Batman the Dark Knight.3.20pm show,and tix were selling fast..so reached us,and only left 1st row seats,so we just take it lor,since we had 11 people.

sat with Gary and Ivan during the show..And the show was really cool luh!

Garyw as hahahaahaha covering his ears at almost every other scene make me kena shock too.but yar the sound was really DAMN Bloody loud,and at some parts the whole chair shook,really..

haha.It's a really good show worth watching..8/10..But One word of warning,please go toilet..Its a 2 and a half hours show!!

LOL..what was irritating was that the show seems never ending!!LOL,when we thought was ending,something would happen and lol,another 20 mins of action..haha

Yup,then wandered around plaza then trained back to Buangkok with My brother,jj,JR,Ivan,JAmes.

YAr.

AND JJ wore thsi shirt that said He IS gay>

LOL!
